2. No guarantee of results
Practice questions, scores, estimates, conversions and study plans on this site are guides only. They aren't official results and don't predict or guarantee any score in PTE Academic, IELTS or any other test, or any outcome for study, work, registration or visa applications.
3. Accuracy
We work hard to keep information accurate and up to date, and we check it against official sources. But test formats, score requirements and policies change, and mistakes can happen. Always confirm important information with the official source, such as Pearson or the Department of Home Affairs, before making decisions.
4. Independence and trademarks
We're an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pearson, IELTS, OET, Cambridge, ETS, Paragon (CELPIP), Michigan Language Assessment, LanguageCert or the Australian Government. PTE, PTE Academic, IELTS and other test names are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to describe the tests. Our practice questions are written by us. They aren't real exam questions.
5. Third-party links and services
The site links to other websites, including affiliate partners and coaches listed in our directory. We don't control those sites or services and aren't responsible for their content, products, prices, refunds or conduct. Any dealings you have with them are between you and them. Listing or recommending a coach or service isn't a guarantee of their quality.
6. Use of our content
You're welcome to use our content for your own personal study. Please don't copy, republish or sell our questions, guides or tools without our written permission. Linking to our pages is fine.
7. Acceptable use
Don't try to disrupt the site, copy it in bulk using automated tools, or use it for anything unlawful.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or any linked site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
