Unofficial practice. These questions were written by us to match the style of PTE tasks. They are not real exam questions, and any score shown is a rough guide only. For an official estimate, use Pearson's scored practice tests.
How to take this test: use a quiet room, headphones and a microphone. The real test takes about 2 hours 15 minutes. Speaking answers are recorded only in your browser, so you can listen back. Nothing is uploaded. Listening recordings are read by your browser's voice; the real test uses real speakers with a range of accents.

Timed at 30 minutes (the real part takes 23–30 minutes). Wrong choices cost a point in the multiple-answer question, as in the real test.

After the test
